PP codunctive compound for Plastic Corrugated Sheets Details:

PP201#B is an electrically conductive compound based on carbon black and a polypropylene copolymer. 

The product is carbon black component PP conductive masterbatch, appearance is black particles. The resistance range of this product is less than 100 ohms, especially suitable for adding to the ordinary PP plastic to prepare all kinds of PP injection molding and extrusion products with conductive or anti-static requirements.

1. What are the main characteristics of conductive plastics?
Conventional plastic resins have better insulation properties. For applications such as electronic components or underground coal mines that are sensitive to electrostatic hazards, the plastic materials need to be modified to be antistatic or conductive. Generally, conductive additives such as conductive carbon black, fine metal powder, carbon nanotubes and conductive graphite are used for filling modification or conductive macromolecular materials for blending modification;
2. What is the conductivity and durability of Beihua products?
Beihua company uses permanent conductive additives to modify for permanently conductive and it has no dependence on the humidity of the working environment. However, plastic products added with conventional precipitation-type antistatic agents have first precipitation loss and poor durability;  in addition, they are highly dependent on environmental humidity.
3. What are the main product applications?
According to the application, it can be divided into black masterbatch series for extrusion pipes, black masterbatch series for films, black masterbatch series for modified plastics, black masterbatch series for injection molding, black masterbatch series for chemical fiber, black masterbatch series for conductive material series, etc.




PP201#Babsorbs moisture under normal storage conditions and this can result in surface blemishes on extrusion. Therefore it is advisable to dry the compound prior to use.

Dry at 100° for about 2 hours, at 190°-200° for injection or extrusion, and add 40%-50% of masterbatch.

Packed in 25kg/bag and should be stored in a dry place.

Recommended storage life:  1 year if it is stored as directed.
